Shirley Lin is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in audit and financial reporting. A graduate of University of Toronto, Rotman Commerce, she brings extensive expertise from roles at Grant Thornton and KPMG LLP. She excels in navigating various financial reporting standards, including ASPE, IFRS, US GAAP, and ASNPO, and has audited clients across diverse sectors.

Shirley also has a master’s degree in digital analytics at Simon Fraser University, sponsored by KPMG, she is a digital leader within the GTA, combining traditional audit excellence with cutting-edge insights. As Chair of the Audit Committee, she is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency in financial oversight.
