Culture Share Event

Come join us as we celebrate Holi, the Festival of Colours! Loxley International Foundation in partnership with the City of Markham will be holding a CULTURE SHARE EVENT at the Aaniin Community centre on Saturday, March 28, 2-5pm. Loxley Culture Share Events are created to present the cultures & customs of countries around the world that form Canada’s multicultural mosaic.
2 – 3.00 pm- Traditional greetings, Henna tattoos to the audience by our Henna artistes, Tea table
3 – 3.30pm- Saree-draping demonstrations with photographs (in saree) to follow
3.30- 4pm- Cultural concert (plan to have traditional dances of India including Classical, Folk & Bollywood)
4 – 5pm- Refreshments
