DESCRIPTION:VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 20\nACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium Activity Level\nTIME REQUIRED: 4 hours \nWe’re recruiting volunteers from lakefront communities to take part in a Community Science project\, with the goal of picking up 100\,000 pieces of litter from the shores of Lake Ontario! \nDue to the Ontario stay-at-home order and COVID-19 restrictions\, we have adapted our Love Your Lake program (once again!) to keep everyone safe while cleaning up the Lake. This is an interactive workshop where you will perform the exercises while sitting at your computer.\nYou will learn:\n• Non-invasive methods to reduce Arthritis discomforted\n• Climb stairs take walks and go dancing without pain\n• Avoid surgery\, cortisone and drugs. Take charge of your knee health\nThe program “Knee Pain Recipe” was created by a personal trainer who had been in pain for over15 years.
