SUMMARY:SOAR Transitions Program
DESCRIPTION:✨Soar Transitions Program for Grades 11/12✨ \nStudents identified with learning disabilities and / or ADHD will have the opportunity to explore strategies for:\nself-advocacy\, executive function\, employment soft skills and resumes\, as well as understanding their Individual Education Plan (I.E.P.) for grade 12 post-secondary transitions (i.e. workplace\, apprenticeship\, College\, University). \nThe program starts Thursday April 13. Sessions will be 45 minutes – 1 hour long on the following dates:\nThursday April 13\nThursday April 20\nThursday April 27\nThursday May 4\n5-6 PM\nRegistered students will receive a SOAR workbook and free gift! \nTo register:https://form-can.keela.co/soar-program-registration-form \nFees: 50$ per session for non members  35$ per session for members \n
