DESCRIPTION:Monday\, June 14\, 2021 – 6:30pm to 7:30pm \nCost: Free \nRegistration required \nOnline \nThis event is supported by the Ontario Trillium Foundation and Ontario Power Generation. \nWe’ve gone virtual! \nOur volunteers play a critical role in helping improve the urban forest. During the orientation\, participants will learn about the LEAF mission\, our programs and the different volunteer roles that LEAF offers. \nWe have opportunities in Toronto\, York and Durham Regions to suit any volunteer\, from hands-on planting to virtual community outreach. Learn how you can help the urban forest in 2021 and beyond! \nPlease note that volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. \nRegistrants will be provided with a Zoom Meeting link and password to access the orientation. \nThe session will be delivered online and can be accessed through a web browser or an electronic device with the Zoom app. Internet access required.
